The solo artist Chris Cruz, known for his feel good album In My Heart, second album On My Mind is nothing like the love anthem that was his first album. This album is full of raw opinion on the path our world is headed in. This album is in your face & very informative.

I have to say that my favorite thing about this album is that the artist didn’t continue to write another album that was the same as the first album. This artist has shown how much he has grown since he released In My Heart.

Any listener will get lost in such tracks as “Sirens,” “Ringing In My Head,” and “I Saw The Paper.” These songs don’t care if someone disagrees. These songs tell it how it is. These songs speak the truth from the artist’s heart.

I urge any listener that has a chance to hear this album to pick it up. It will open your mind to thoughts you’ve had, never thought of, or disagree with. It will cause you to think. It’s not an album you can listen to while doing something else. This album has lyrics that will catch your attention and before you know it you’ll be sitting down listening to each word. This album will open your mind.
