February 19, 2008 was a night of full on rock ‘n roll. With the combination of the New Hotness, the Dirty Kings, and Ambrose I was surprised that the walls of the Roxy were still standing after the show.

The New Hotness is one of my favorite bands to see live – they always perform with undeniable confidence and perfect clarity. Sporting all-white jumpsuits, the New Hotness delivered a red hot performance once again. Their set included mostly hits from their self-titled album including a block of mind-blowing new songs. The New Hotness is headed into a really interesting musical direction that I am personally very eager to watch them discover. The Dirty Kings and Ambrose are two other heavy-hitting rock ‘n roll bands that dish out sets almost as unforgettable as the New Hotness. Keep an eye out for this rock ‘n roll trio.
